1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account with kudos8, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming. kudos8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain proper security. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR regulations, kudos8 implements mandatory KYC procedures. You may be required to submit the following documents:

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall kudos8's total aggregate liability exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kudos8 operates its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We commit to working in good faith to resolve complaints through negotiation and mediation. If informal resolution fails, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against kudos8. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

11. Termination and Account Closure

kudos8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicion of fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or engaging in prohibited activities. In such cases, kudos8 may withhold account balances pending investigation and resolution.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (minus applicable fees and wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened, and any attempt to create a new account following voluntary closure may result in permanent ban.

Upon termination or closure, your license to use kudos8 services immediately ceases.
